Amora Amora greatly value and want to take the utmost care of our customers. Below are our set Terms and Conditions. When purchasing a product you must agree to the Terms and Conditions stated below. 

Data Protection

Amora Amora respect the privacy of all customers and will never share any part of one's information. We won't use any private data for anything other than shipping.

Orders and payments

Once an order is placed it will take 3-5 working days before the standard shipping procedure comes into play. All orders will be posted with Royal Mail. Please be aware we do not accept responsibility for any address mistakes which may occur we emphasis greatly that you thoroughly check your shipping details before completing your purchase. 

After the order is submitted you will receive a confirmation email stating your order has been successful and received by Amora Amora. You will then receive a second email to indicate when your order is shipped. Please note we do offer a tracking number.

We accept all major credit/debit cards though DO NOT accept PayPal.

DELIVERY

Amora Amora use the Royal Mail for UK Postage though may use different services which are most cost effective for international orders which is a decision made by us.

Any issues with delivery must be indicated to us within a 2 month time frame or else your enquiry will be null and void.

Damaged Products

At Amora Amora we seek perfection which is one of our main aims. We thoroughly check over every order to make sure there are no damaged products before they are dispatched. In the event that you receive a product that has been damaged contact us at anytime via our email

please note you must send a picture to confirm the damage then you may be offered a product of your choice with a 20% discount.

 

Returns and refunds

Amora Amora aim to make your experience as enjoyable and as easy as possible. We offer a 30 days return policy if you change your mind about purchasing the product. Though we will only take it back if the product is in a sellable condition with no hint of usage and must be in its original packaging.  At this stage if we are satisfied with the state of product you will receive an 100% refund.
